Southern Governors Association (SGA)
- Primary field researcher on two projects. (1) Assembly of organization's first comprehensive institutional archive covering founding in 1934 to present day for the Southern Historical Collection at UNC. (2) Drafting a timeline of the SGA's political history for the 75th anniversary exhibit.
- Examined governors' files in South Carolina to identified original documents and artifacts suitable for the exhibit and archive. Collected news articles, Op-Eds, editorials, cartoons, and photos from every year since 1934 utilizing microfilm and digital databases.
- Wrote the education section for the organization's NEH grant proposal and compiled a timeline focusing on accomplishments and conflicts relating to civil rights, economic development, education, trade, and nuclear energy.
